TouchPoints 2020 available now

TouchPoints is the IPA’s unique, consumer-centric, cross-media, cross-device database. TouchPoints highlights the habits and media moments of consumer target markets.

The 2020 TouchPoints fieldwork covered the weeks before lockdown and the weeks during lockdown (From January to May).
Users can compare and analyse the 2 different datasets –Pre lockdown and during lockdown. Pre lockdown datasets available vary by subscription and are:

  • TouchPoints 2020 (incl. TGI) Fieldwork based on Diaries completed from 14 January – 23 March 2020
  • TouchPoints 2020 (incl. YouGov) Fieldwork based on Diaries completed from 14 January – 23 March 2020

Both the above surveys can be compared to previous TouchPoints for trend purposes.

  • TouchPoints 2020 Lockdown edition Fieldwork based on TouchPoints Diaries started on 17 March so one or more diary days was completed on or after full lockdown started on March 23. This data is fully weighted but does not have TGI or YouGov variables available. You can compare TouchPoints data pre lockdown and lockdown to see the changes that COVID made.
