Over the next week, Telmar will be undergoing a mass transformation of the eTelmar system, resulting in a more robust and resilient platform that supports your Telmar services.
This upgrade underpins Telmar’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, and is only the first of many other exciting improvements and technological advancements scheduled in the near future.
The result of the upgrades will be faster web-based applications and faster data capabilities.
As a consequence of this upgrade eTelmar will be offline from 6pm Friday 16th October to 6am Monday 19th October as Telmar moves its servers, services and data to faster, more scalable infrastructure.
These improvements will be implemented over the weekend in order to minimize disruption, however, please let us know if you experience any changes in performance in order to ensure your continued access to Telmar services.
